Payment is expected 24 hours prior to your appointment, otherwise your appointment will be considered canceled.  This is because I commit to our time together when the appointment is scheduled.  A sliding scale fee for ongoing sessions is possible if income and resources are limited. This will be discussed at our first meeting. Payment is by check, cash, or credit card using PayPal.

Insurance: I am not on insurance panels, however I provide you a receipt that you can submit to your insurance for reimbursement according to your policy.

Cancellation Policy

If you fail to cancel an appointment without at least 24 hours notice, you are responsible for the full fee of the session. Insurance companies do not reimburse for missed sessions. Actual emergencies are excluded from this policy.

Rates for coaching and counseling programs are varied according to the program tailored to you and your budget.  However, below are Life’s Canvas’ standard hourly rates.
